Actual Customer Feedback

1. Prior to joining , what was your biggest concern or fear about joining?
Biggest concern (but not the only concern). Would this 'approach ' help me. This fear is still present and is very difficult to eliminate. The best part has been I am starting to understand my weaknesses and that's very helpful.
Some other concerns: are the question up to date, what happens if I keep failing, am I below/above average, will I succeed & can I navigate the site (older trainees, like me)

2. After you joined, what did you find about the site, did you like it, love it, where those fears or concerns justified?

I have now nearly completed all the questions BAK/RPL which is my area) once. I know my weak areas now,  the pattern is there. The site is still a bit of a mystery to me, but I think I have mastered it. One doesn't like/not like the 'site', as the pressure is on to pass an exam. The site is only a vehicle to achieving that. If I pass I'll LOVE the site . My concerns (major) was not justified after I started to do some of the questions and found I could achieve average/better than average results. That really help 'drive' me. If the average is correct and is 'moving' with the incoming results then it's a great tool.

3. How strongly, and who would you recommend us to and why?

Strong recommended To any student pilot or a qualified pilot that wants to 'refresher' which I think is a must for all of us.
Why...... because it really helps (& quickly) work out your strengths or weaknesses.
...... it's a good approach to studying (your summary introduction does say that, maybe more emphasis on that is warranted).

1. Prior to joining , what was your biggest concern or fear about joining?
How relevant the questions would be compared to my exam. Would my results from these practice exams be shared with anyone and any hidden ongoing costs

2. After you joined, what did you find about the site, did you like it, love it, where those fears or concerns justified?
I thought the site was very easy to use, and well laid out. More information on how some answers were worked out would be great.
After doing the PPL exam I found that CASA like to use different ways to ask questions (Really make you think and read the question several times before answering) It would be good if Pilot practice exams (PPE) could also use this in some of the CASA practice exams. Also there was some content not covered in PPE's. It would be great if subscribers could send in some questions that they had in their exams (From Memory) and these could be added to the website.

3. What is your biggest problem /pain / concern when it comes to studying for your pilot exams?
Time management and I think the subject matter for PPL is too broad.

4. How strongly, and who would you recommend us to and why?
Strongly, other students because it helps some information/subject matter stick and be retained.
