Refunds & Exchanges


Due to the nature of our product, refunds are not usually accepted after purchase. If you believe you require a refund or exchange of membership, you can reach out to us here: https://pilotpracticeexams.com/contact/

We cannot gaurantee eligibility for refund or exchange as it is decided on a case-by-case basis.


In the event that you have accidentally purchased the wrong membership/product, please contact us ASAP. Provided you reach out quickly, we can usually swap your membership to the correct one and fix up any payment issues that go along with that.

If you wait too long, we may not be able to exchange your membership.

If an exchange is performed and there is a difference in price between the two memberships/products, a refund or further payment will be organised prior to the exchange.


In the rare event that a refund is performed, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment.


Some users ask whether their remaining time on their membership can be carried over in some way to another membership, this is not able to be done.

Once you are done studying for an exam, you can simply let the membership expire. You can also purchase the next membership for your next exam at anytime. You will not lose access to one membership by purchasing another and each will have it’s own start/end date.
